Job Description:

As a senior project manager working in the Starbucks Continuous Improvement group, you will be driving change across the organization by leading projects that improve the customer and partner experience by removing waste and non-value-added tasks in processes and routines. Our team engages with groups across Starbucks from finance, to global supply chain, to PRO, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct trainings, coach and educate partners on project teams about lean tools and methods.
  • Apply Lean and other continuous improvement concepts and tools to find opportunities to improve the process.
  • Prepare and lead CI workshops thru successful implementation and conclusion supporting workshop teams. Document key deliverables of workshops including digital version of the future state process map. Prepare teams for sponsor communications and change management.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Miro.
  • Demonstrated examples of leading groups or teams for implementing changes within Starbucks or other experience.
  • Successfully shared their ideas and concepts with confidence to larger audiences and/or senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated examples of problem solving skills and implementing solutions.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Prior experience delivering training and creating training materials for various audiences.
  • Prior experience of successfully facilitating workshops.
