Job Description:

Steve Justice – State Farm insurance agent located in Austin, MN is seeking an outgoing, career-orientated professional to join their team. as a State Farm team member for Steve Justice – State Farm agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals

Job Requirements:

• Self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Background Check required prior to employment
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening
• Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
