Job Description:
The Assistant Facility Manager will assist the Home Delivery Facility Manager in managing the operations of one of our on-line grocery shopping distribution centers
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining superior levels of customer service through employee training and quality control systems
- Manage the operations of one our E-Commerce/Home Delivery distribution centers
- Your goal is to deliver a superior on-line shopping experience for our customers.
- Hiring, training, and managing our staff of order selectors and commercial truck drivers
Job Requirements:
- A candidate that is passionate about developing and managing people and is looking for an outlet to implement your skills
- Someone confident in their ability to manage the operations of one of our on-line grocery shopping distribution centers
- Someone who is extremely focused on people development, labor relations, workplace and fleet safety, inventory control, delivery vehicle fleet maintenance, sales and profit performance, payroll, and business efficiencies
- A candidate with the ability of managing crisis situations and multiple priorities and tasks
- A candidate with a strong focus on customer service
- A candidate who wants to join the exciting and growing world of E-commerce
