The Assistant Facility Manager will assist the Home Delivery Facility Manager in managing the operations of one of our on-line grocery shopping distribution centers

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining superior levels of customer service through employee training and quality control systems
  • Manage the operations of one our E-Commerce/Home Delivery distribution centers
  • Your goal is to deliver a superior on-line shopping experience for our customers.
  • Hiring, training, and managing our staff of order selectors and commercial truck drivers

Job Requirements:

  • A candidate that is passionate about developing and managing people and is looking for an outlet to implement your skills
  • Someone confident in their ability to manage the operations of one of our on-line grocery shopping distribution centers
  • Someone who is extremely focused on people development, labor relations, workplace and fleet safety, inventory control, delivery vehicle fleet maintenance, sales and profit performance, payroll, and business efficiencies
  • A candidate with the ability of managing crisis situations and multiple priorities and tasks
  • A candidate with a strong focus on customer service
  • A candidate who wants to join the exciting and growing world of E-commerce
