Job Description:

The Regional Manager is responsible for driving revenue, results and customer experience across a designated territory. The Regional Manager will hire, train, and develop effective teams, shape and execute operational standards, and work with cross-functional partners to develop business planning and the regional strategy. Ultimately, the Regional Manager is accountable for growing market shares across all product lines, driving brand awareness, and increasing profitability within their territory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reinforce a culture of leadership and team excellence: training standards, succession planning, talent acquisition and employee retention
  • Set clear team targets and individual goals; hold teams accountable by driving performance
  • Create a culture of employee engagement and recognition of high performers
  • Lead, develop, coach and motivate high-performing teams
  • Directly manage a team of people-leaders across field retail, service-plus, and delivery locations
  • Represent Tesla in a professional and responsible manner when communicating with others both internally and externally
  • Spend time in both stores and delivery centers; and provide coaching, and in-the-moment feedback to management and senior team leaders

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, and at least 10 years of experience leading large teams in a high-growth, service-focused industry with Multi-site experience
