Job Description:
The Sr. Analyst, Finance, Technology will support cross-functional efforts to manage RBI’s technology groups, partnering with the CIO and CTO and their direct reports.
Job Responsibilities:
- Present to C-level strategic financial deliverables on a monthly basis
- Preparing monthly review materials for executive management – responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of content
- Support Consumer Tech and IT Finance P&L by providing monthly, quarterly, annual and long-range budget/forecast
- Communicate organized and accurate statuses of payments and purchase orders to internal teams
- Introduce meaningful analytical models for cross-functional leadership team, identifying opportunities to help guide the CTO/CIO strategic direction
- Provide ad hoc support and financial modeling for specific Tech/IT related projects, producing actionable insights
- Collaborate with all IT / Tech expense owners to create and manage purchase orders in SAP
- Process invoices for payment within contractual payment terms
- Reconcile existing purchase orders with internal Global Business Partners team by working with vendors to clear existing accounts/ invoices
- Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets/forecasts and prior year results for internal reporting
Job Requirements:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Minimum 2-3 years finance/accounting relevant professional experience
- Self-started with a positive attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Hyperion/SAP knowledge is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineers, Math, Finance, Business, or related field
