We have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Development Partner to come and join our Talent Development team where you will be at the heart of shaping, designing and partnering with the operational and people teams across the business to deliver the People Strategy, embedding a culture of continuous learning for every colleague

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will work with the people partnering team, talent acquisition team and business leaders across the business, supporting the Group Head of People Operations to deliver the 3 year strategy plan
  • You will translate business needs and priorities into deliverable learning outcomes
  • You will support the design & development of a suite of management development programmes to ensure that we have great succession to support the business growth plans across Group
  • You will be accountable for the development and delivery of workshops and/ or learning interventions for key areas of the business
  • You will support the design and delivery of a framework alongside the Group Head of People Operations to develop career routes and succession planning
  • You will support the business wide review of the current training offer to ensure that it is fit for purpose.
  • You will create excitement and raise the profile of the Talent Development function across business areas
  • You will be responsible for the design and delivery of training/development programmes, bringing insight and industry knowledge to review and improve the learning and development offer
  • You will partner with key business areas to deliver best in class end to end on-boarding & induction processes, working collaboratively with our People Team and business leaders
  • You will design & develop training profiles for all roles identifying both mandatory and non-essential training and development

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent stakeholder management with a high touch, collaborative, and communicative approach and the confidence to challenge thinking
  • Highly motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent oral, written communication and influencing skills, and the ability to present to large audiences
  • Level 5 CIPD in Learning & Development, or HR with a specialist in Learning & Development
  • Expertise in the creation and execution of Talent & Development programmes in retail or service focused environments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the rest of the People Team, with a flexible approach to support on any areas which require focus
  • Experience of working in retail companies/tech or digital hiring/international markets
  • Achieved related training delivery qualifications and has the experience of delivering learning and development in a variety of styles
