Check us out at getnotion.com. About You Notion is looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join our growing Sales Team. In this role you will be pivotal in our efforts to win new business and develop new partnerships. In part, you will be performing the following: outreach, new partner discovery, prospecting, working with marketing to develop outbound marketing programs and more. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and knows how to win. In addition, the candidate must be hard working, driven and highly creative.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with Partner Marketing on outreach initiatives
  • Responsible for managing CRM tools with up-to-date notes and follow ups.
  • Increase deal flow by focusing on upper funnel activity: outreach and discovery
  • Research accounts and contacts to understand each target account
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on the sales opportunities.
  • Utilize outbound calling, social media, and email to stay in contact with all prospects, cultivating and maintaining their awareness
  • Generate new sales prospects and opportunities, moving them from through the sales funnel.
  • Execute a sales strategy that aligns with company direction for growth, revenue and profit.
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Manager to help deal flow from upper funnel to lower funnel
  • Manages inbound leads and moves them through sales funnel if appropriate

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience with G Suite, CRM tools and Project Management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly explain complex business and technical concepts
  • Experience working at fast-paced companies with small teams and large growth opportunities
  • Experience selling enterprise B2B clients
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence at the executive level of internal and client organizations
  • Ability and willingness to travel to meet with partners (post-COVID of course!)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • 3+ years of business development and sales leadership experience
  • Work in the IoT / smart home / consumer electronics space is a plus
