The Comcast Business Customer & Digital Experience team manages digital properties and experiences for Comcast Business. With a focus on customer engagement across the customer journey, we are an entrepreneurial team focused on creating opportunities to educate, enlighten and delight new and existing customers. Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our customer base through the delivery of enhanced flows, smart features, and self-service solutions that foster trust and loyalty. The Comcast Business Digital Experience Product Management team is searching for a Product Owner with proven success in delivering digital products & services across web and mobile platforms. The Product Owner will be responsible for driving the on-time and efficient delivery of continual enhancements to the digital self-service experience, with a particular focus on Help & Support. This role will facilitate continual communication and collaboration among internal digital delivery teams to ensure features are developed based on clear requirements and delivered according to schedule. Working closely with other members of the Product Management team, the Product Owner will assist in the creation and management of the product roadmap. The Product Owner will partner with stakeholders to ensure a streamlined end-to-end experience that aligns with corporate strategy and best practices. The Product Owner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new features and enhancements provide excellent and innovative customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads product and/or cross-functional working sessions, as needed
  • Develops detailed product features on an on-going basis, continually identifies strategic opportunities for improvement, and develops implementation plans
  • Work closely with the chatbot team to design and deliver new troubleshooting features for digital self service solutions
  • Works in an agile framework as “Product Owner” to deliver continuous digital enhancements and industry-leading customer experience, with a focus on Help & Support functionality (web and mobile web).
  • Provide subject matter expertise and helps conceive and drive development of troubleshooting functionality across the Comcast Business digital ecosystem, ensuring consistency of experience
  • Performs best practice research and competitive analysis
  • Works closely with solution design, architects, and development teams to ensure features are well planned, requirements are understood, and deliverables meet acceptance criteria
  • Works closely with the engineering team to plan and manage sprint capacity, ensuring efficient delivery
  • Writes detailed and clear user stories to capture feature requirements, drives refinement/grooming sessions, and manages the backlog
  • Works closely with user experience and content teams to design product features and ensure they reflect the original vision

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with customer care or chatbot technologies a plus
  • Years of Experience – 4-6 years related experience
  • Proficient in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira, and Rally
